How  our  Click  and  Collect  works


•  Choose  what  items  you  want  to  purchase  from  our  extensive  range

•  Go  to  the  checkout,  select  Collect  in  Store  as  your  desired  Delivery  Method  then  proceed  to  make  payment  of  your  goods

•  You  will  then  receive  an  email  confirming  your  order

•  Once  we  have  your  order  ready,  you  will  receive  an  email  telling  you  when  you  can  collect  your  item,  please  bring  this  email  with  you,  or  have  it  on  your  phone  or  ipad  as  proof  of  your  order.

•  We  will  also  need  proof  of  ID,  like  a  driving  license  or  similar.  Please  note,  you  will  be  required  to  show  proof  of  age  if  buying  age  restricted  items.
 


Frequently  Asked  Questions

How  long  will  it  take  before  I  can  collect  my  order?

Once  you  have  placed  your  order,  it  usually  takes  between  2  –  5  working  days  for  the  items  to  become  ready  for  collection,  we  will  send  you  an  email  the  moment  it's  ready  to  be  picked  up.

Please  don't  arrive  before  you  receive  the  ‘Order  is  Ready  for  Collection'  email  as  your  order  may  not  yet  be  in  store  and  you  could  be  disappointed!

How  will  I  know  when  I  can  collect  my  order?

When  your  order  is  ready  for  collection  we  will  send  you  an  email  to  let  you  know.

PLEASE  REMEMBER  to  bring  your  ‘Confirmation  Email’  and  proof  of  Identification  when  collecting  in  store.  You  should  contact  your  chosen  professional  (details  will  be  available  in  your  ‘Order  Confirmation’  and  ‘Order  is  Ready  for  Collection’  email)  to  arrange  a  convenient  date  &  time  for  you  to  collect  your  order  before  arriving  in  store.

My  order  is  ready  to  collect,  what  do  I  need  to  bring  with  me?

Once  you  have  received  your  Ready  For  Collection  email,  simply  turn  up  during  our  opening  hours,  and  pick  your  items  up!

•  A  print  out  of  your  ‘Order  Confirmation’,  or  ‘Order  is  Ready  for  Collection’  email  as  proof  of  purchase.  

•  A  valid  form  of  photo  ID  (e.g.  Passport/Driving  license  etc.)

If  you  do  not  have  photo  ID,  please  bring  proof  af  address,  such  as  a  utility  bill  or  bank  statement  dated  within  the  last  3  months.
We  will  not  allow  age  restricted  sales  to  be  picked  up  by  anyone  who  does  not  have  proof  of  age.  

Can  someone  else  collect  on  my  behalf?

Yes,  someone  else  can  collect  on  your  behalf,  however  they  will  need  to  bring  in  the  following:

A  print  out  of  your  ‘Order  Confirmation’,  or  ‘Order  is  Ready  for  Collection’  email  as  proof  of  purchase.  (Forwarded  emails  are  not  allowed)
A  valid  form  of  photo  ID  (e.g.  Passport/Driving  license  etc.)
If  you  do  not  have  photo  ID,  please  bring  proof  af  address,  such  as  a  utility  bill  or  bank  statement  dated  within  the  last  3  months.

How  long  do  I  have  to  collect  my  order?

Orders  can  be  collected  Mon-Fri  9am  -  4.30pm,  and  Saturday  9am-1pm  you  must  pick  these  up  with  14  days.

What  if  I  arrive  to  collect  my  order  and  I  don't  want  it  anymore?

If  your  item  contains  Laser  Cut  items  that  are  made  to  order,  those  items  will  incur  a  50%  restocking  charge,  all  other  in  stock  items  will  be  refunded  in  full.  Your  statutory  rights  are  not  affected.
We  are  not  currently  taking  any  new  orders  until  October,  please  be  patient  and  check  back  soon!
